I went in for my first u/s and lab work since starting repronex last Thursday. My estrogen level was 273. Does that mean anything to anyone? What is good or bad?

When I was on injectables, my nurse told me that they like to see an E2 level of about 300 per mature follie. So if you had 2 follies then what this means is that your follies are not mature yet. So once your level reaches about 600 (give or take) then that indicates that those 2 follies are mature and are ready for trigger.

I was told basically the same thing, only my RE looks for mature follicles (no specified amount) and at least an estrogen level of 1200. The numbers creep up slowly, but once you get around 400 or 500, they'll jump fast, at least that's what they do in my case.
