Hi there, my name is Katrina and we have been on fertility meds since Oct,02. And still no luck. I started on clomid, not the first time, 50mg. Did that for 3 cycles. Then Follistim 2amps for 3 cycles. Then up to 4amps for a cycle with IUI. Now we are back to Clomid 100mg, I was hoping that the less aggressivness was all I needed. So it's that time and I will be testing tomorrow with FMU.
Also, we have been through 4 losses, 10,18,15,24wks. They "think" I may have an IC but not for sure. My doc says that he is going to try everything possible to make it happen the next time we get pg..... if I ever get pg!!! I have been through all of the testing and was wondering if there was anyone else that is an "unexplained" case like myself.
TIA ladies!!!
Katrina
Hi Katrina.
Welcome to the board. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
I'm very sorry for all that you are going through. It must be very tough to have 4 mc's. I have difficulty getting pregnant, but have PCOS. It must be unnerving for you not to have any explanation at all. I hope that things get better for you, and that your doctors figure out what's going on. I have a friend in a similar situation. She's miscarried several times, and the last time with triplets. They have no explanation, and they've even done genetic testing.
Good luck and please keep us posted.

Rose, thanks for the warm welcome!!
I too forgot to add that I have PCOS, but my RE doesn't feel as tho it is what is causing my problems. This is my first cycle doing Metformin and clomid. I have been on the met for almost 3 months but I had to take a med free break from ttc, although we tried naturally. I was hoping for the best but today I am 10dpo and tested BFN. I think it may be too soon, but I refuse to hold my breath. I guess all any of us can do is hope and pray for the best!!!
Take care and good luck to you!!!
