Hi everyone,
I read a really great book earlier this year on Fibromyalgia and ended up ordering the "Jump Start" package which included a vitamin/supplement pack that you take 2 times per day. Even though I do feel it helped...I got tired of ordering it every month because of the shipping costs. Altogether it was like $80 per month. I do feel that the packs helped some but I'm ready to head to the health food store and try to start my own pack based on what was in the jump start package.
So this is what I have so far:
1) SuperNutritionals for Women - an antioxitant multivitamin (3 tablets twice a day)
2) Omega 3,6,9 (one capsule twice a day)
3) Turmeric Force - something I found to reduce inflammation
4) Magnesium Malate - not sure how much I should take per day?
5) 5HTP (50mg twice per day)
6) Digestive Enzymes (one with each meal)
Is there anything else "natural" that you have found helpful to help with pain and fatigue?
Thanks,
Mystic

Noni juice. I also take ginseng, ginko biloba, b12, and LTyrosene to help me mentally. There is a lot of information at one of the stickies at the top of this board.
