Girls!

First of all thank you for your lovely messages... I read them couple of times, you are all so special, I was very touched... so a BIG thank you http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/heart.gif !

Some of you know that I had no symptoms... still don't have any really so I wasn't expecting this to happen. I couldn't sleep the night before testing, would go to the loo at 3am to see if AF is there...

I just didn't want to turn up at the clinic at the same time like AF... so I was checking constantly my knickers

I was floating in between of it all, trying not to get too excited (AF was delayed in the past)the inside voice was telling me to be happy, but I just couldn't - I was so nervous & scared - I was preparing myself for BFN.

We had to wait for 7 hours before we got the results back. Eternity. I asked my DH to call them, I couldn't do it. I run to the bedroom and was looking at his face... then it lit up & he gave me http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/t_up.gif

I broke into tears and couldn't say anything for a while... I was just crying my eyes out, DH looked a bit worried and said : "Are they tears of happiness?" I just nodded, my mascara all over him.

Once I stopped and thought of it again I started again... he just hugged me http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/love2.gif

I still can't believe it now when I'm writting this post. I went to see my RE who confirmed my pregnancy. He told me about the injection. It is called 'Prolutone Depot' (Hydraoxyprogesterone caproate)I was given 250mg and will go back every Monday for another one (5 all together) This is produced by the placenta and if you don't have enough of it it can cause a m/c. So it is for Foetus Protection.

I also bought a HPT, I need to see it! I called my parents & DH's Mum and everyone is trilled.

I can't remember when I go for my first u/s, on 7 or 12 week I think - to see how many there are. I remember he said that I had one huge egg and today he told me there were two, so I don't know....

I know nothing is certain and there is a long way ahead for us... the worrying just doesn't stop

I can't describe my feelings, I am just so happy it hurts http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bouncing.gif http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/blob_fire.gif http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dance.gif

I pray for each http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/heart.gif of you now, so you get what you deserve and that is a precious longed for baby. I will still support you, I'm not giving up on you! You are truly the best!

Love, Sarka

TTC: over 1 year, (had laparoscopy done after 7months of TTC as I had two big ops as a teenager down there)I could only get pregnant if I ovulated from my left ovary - so a little chance every two months, DH count was 86% abnormal, but then it changed to an excellent sample - this cycle 91milion. One failed IUI. This second one was on Clomid 50 and a shot to release my egg.

My Girls!

I'm pregnant - bloody hell! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dance.gif (Is that a swear word?) Your messages are so sweet & made me realized that I will never stop posting... (not for quite a while for sure) this board mean so much to me, there is so much support & hope - I wonder if I got there without you... (after my DH swimmers http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif)

But you know I worry that I just don't have many symptoms... my bb's tingle only when I think about it & my belly is still 'sore' like when you're getting AF... that's about it. I know everyone has different symptoms... it's just making me think... I wouldn't mind being sick you know! (who would have thought of that!)

I was working for 5 hours today and couldn't go on the net... I was missing my daily updates!

Once again my DH & myself would like to thank you from the bottom of our http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/heart.gif for being there for me & everyone else.

I will keep you posted... I think my first u/s is on 25.8.

http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/t_up.gif to all the girls! ( I was gonna do 14 of them, but you're only allowed 8 http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif

Take care & lots of love,
Sarka http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Sarka - you are having symptoms girl - the twinges in your belly are from your uterus stretching and sore bb's are sore bb's regardless of when they are sore http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bang.gif

I am so happy for you and DH - and you better stick around here http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif It gives everybody hope.

I was really needing some good news after the crappy two weeks I have had and this was AWESOME NEWS...we were gett'n dry on BFP's around here http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Congratulations! See, things are looking up around here and getting some positive results! I am so happy for you and will be sending positive thoughts your way the next nine months. I found out a week ago and am still a little crampy, so don't worry. I totally understand about wanting to get sick just so you know everything is happening the way it's supposed to. I never thought I'd hope for morning sickness! Anyway, sit back and enjoy the ride!

Wonderful news!!! You give me great hope! You and I had our first failed IUIs at the same time, and then I took a month off. I'm trying IUI #2 again this cycle, so I hope to have as much luck as you.

So happy for you - you got the X-mas present you wanted...only several months early - yay!

http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wave.gif Hello Taz!

I really hope that I'm bringing positives thoughts & vibes through my lines especially your way. I read your post about the accident... how are you feeling now after you cried? You are in my thoughts & prayes Taz http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/heart.gif

Hi Sarka,

Yup, I remembered you wanted a ++++ b4 X-mas b/c you were going to see your sister with her new baby... So, I'm ecstatic you got your wish! Ya, I took a cycle off b/c we found out my dog is dying of bone cancer and had to amputate his leg - too many emotions to focus on treatment. I feel better now and know we am doing the best for my dog, so we thought we'd give it another shot this month since we are not traveling!

We need some good news, so I'm hoping 2nd times a charm! Keep me posted on your progress - my good friend is 7 weeks preg. now, so I'm taking notes!

Hey Sarka..
When I was pregnant I didn't have any symptoms at first except feeling like my period was coming. then that went away, and at around 2-3 months I had a couple of weeks of nausea. Then nothing.
Enjoy your awesome pregnancy, and don't worry...you may feel sick yet!! haha LOL
