so,you have the "feeling or perception" of heat in an area of your leg but when you touch it,it "feels" normal and not actually hot, correct? this is what is referred to as a type of "parasthesia". these are little odd sensations or feelings that you can get in or on a body part when either nerves themselves or the actual spinal cord is being affected in some way(i have this too from spinal cord damage). do you have any pain like in your neck area or down further in your back? any other sensations or pain anywhere? any sudden weakness in any etremity,or at least the affected leg? the more actual info you can give me,the better i can help you. marcia
