I have been finding it very painful going to the toilet, i had a bit of blood in my stools and there is some times blood on the tissue. I started to get really bad lower back ache, now i have it most days but also have tummy pains, sometimes feeling quite blowted and the last three weeks i have lost weight i have a healthy apiete but have always weighed about 8 stone, i have now gone down to just under 7 and a half. I been to the doctors an had blood tests and they say everything is fine. I hope you can help, im starting to get a little worried. thanks

Have you changed your eating habits at all? If everything at the doctor looked fine, all I can think of it that your eating habits may change your bathroom patterns like that. If not, I would consider asking another doctor. If you keep bleeding regularly, and it's not hemorrhoids or something else like that, your doctor should be able to help you try to figure what IS causing it, especially with the weight loss happening and lower back pain. I hope you feel better!

Bless your heart! I'm surprised your doctor didn't order more than blood tests! I was diagnosed with Crohns disease 8 years ago and someone with your symptoms needs to have more tests run! I'm not a doctor but when I had a blockage in my colon I had lower back pain especially when I had bowel movements. I don't know if this helps but I would definatley go back to the doctor or if needed another doctor and get more tests done. Good Luck!

Bleeding from the rectum should never be ignored or brushed off. It needs thorough investigation. Colonoscopy is the only way to diagnose accurately. Please see another Doctor and get a proper diagnosis ASAP. All the best.
