Hello, I'm new here and hoping to find the right answers.

I'm 19 years old, going to be 20 in February. I had laparoscopy surgery to have my appendix removed on October 18th, and I got out of the hospital on the 19th.. Well my bowel movements have been normal up until about a week ago - I've been having a bowel movement about two, sometimes three times a day and they've been small each time.. I'm concerned that it may be adhesions causing this because I twisted the other day to reach something and I felt a sudden "pulling" pain just under the second scar that's below my belly button, though I feel completely fine when I'm resting or doing normal activities. The surgery was the first surgery I've ever had, so I'm very concerned about this.

If I'm not being specific enough please say and I'll gladly respond as I'm only looking for the right answers. Thank you.

Edit: And I forgot to add that I haven't been able to pass gas regularly.
