I am a 49 year old male who is returning to surgeon this morning with hopes of scheduling my surgery. He uses the Stapling procedure.I saw him 2 weeks ago for first time and have been doing the sitz baths and using Analgram cream but have not made the progress I had hoped for. I can't take the pain anymore. I have read about Stapling and the adverse risks involved concerning recurrence and prolapse. I have my worries not only about the surgery but before and after. To be honest....I AM SCARED...anyone have experience to share, I would be thankful. I'll add a post after my visit.
