Has anyone gotten an acurate diagnosis with prompt treatment from VA doctors, if so how did you do it? I have been going to the VA for a service connected injury to my low back and after 13 years finally got a CT scan showing spinal stenosis in my L-5 & S-1. It causes me severe pain & disability. I can no longer walk more than 1 block & I have to stop due to pain. My sister in-law was just diagnosed with ddd in L-5 and they are already talking about possible surgery & other treatments. My Doc didn't believe me until CT & has offered me only a pain clinic because he says there's nothing more he can do for me. Advice greatly apriciated :)
