Hi,
I was wondering if anyonehas this? Did your Dr tell you that you had it? What were your symptoms? If you can't tell I am confused. Thanks!

Spasticity is the tightening of muscles. It affects about 3 out of 4 MS patients on average. I have found that stretching helps a great deal. I am shopping for a used, passive exercise bike per my doctor to maintain my range of motion and help fight spasticity.

Hi MSJayhawk,
I'm confused because my neuro checked my reflexes today and then said that he was concerned about my spasticity. I do have odd muscle things, but I wouldn't have called it "tight". Can it feel something other then "tight"?
At any rate I will be back on the recumbant bike to stretch my muscles.

Spasticity:
Muscle spasms, stiffness, tightness and pain. Spasticity can interfere with mobility.
Did that help :)

Even with the bike, you need to stretch still. My calf muscles have been the worst for me and I am constantly keeping them stretched.

Thanks that does help. I have a lot of muscle spasms and trouble with my gait. I'm getting it now. I'll start stretching and see if it helps. Thanks.
