Hi Everyone....My D/H just got his results back from his fourth semen analysis and they were pretty disheartening:

Count: 20
Volume:.0060
Viscosity: abnormal

PH: 8.00
Motility: 30% Fair to Poor
liquifaction: normal
after 6 hours his motility was 0-1%

62% normal morphology

Can someone tell me what all this means and if it will ever be possible to get pregnant on our own with these numbers.....The walls feel like they are closing in on me....my D/H is going to be crushed...

hello, just read your post. i dont know if i can be much help. but me and my dh are basically going through the same sitiuation.i went today for my hsg and my tubes are clear but my dh sperm count was 1.5 million with 50% mobility i dont really know too much about the counts but my doctor told us our best chance with a count like his is to do the clomid cycle and then go in and do the iui. but you know some doctors are diffrent. i hope that helps you some.i wish you the best in ttc process. stacey
