i recently went to the doctors and was diagnosed with a bladder infection, i told my doctor i had red bumps on my vagina and that it burned when i urinated. he quickly came to the conclusion that it had something to do with my bladder. im more then sure i was wrongfully diagnosed because the burning only occures when the urin touches the red bumps.i was prescribed a creame for the "rash" but i am certain that theres more to this infection. me and my boyfriend are sexually active but it is both of our first times and i know you cant get herpes from someone that isnt infected. the red bumps have now spread and it is extremly painful to do anything, and i can no longer urinate.
here are my symptoms:
-red bumps spreading
-vaginal dishcharge which has just started to occur
-burning/extremly painful
i know most of these symptoms indicate herpes but i know my boyfriend doesnt have the infection and he doesnt have any cold sores either so i have no clue what it could be, and i was wondering if theer was another infection with similar symptoms.
please please help, its much appreciated.

You should google herpes and see if the little red bumps you have a similar to the ones when you google herpes pictures, otherwise if it doesn't get better then I would go back to your doctor or go to a different doctor and get a second opinion.

We are not medical professionals. You need to get back to your doctor. If you are unable to pee, that could lead to big problems. Get to the ER if you have to. You seem to be convinced that it's herpes related yet you say both of you were virgins and don't have it. So ... have them check you over again. If you still think it's herpes then ask for a swab culture of a bump and an IGG blood test.
