recently I have been experiencing terrible pains during and after bowl movements the pain seems to last all day and does not get better if I stand or sit just hurts til I go to sleep at night then next day it happens again please help me I am afraid to use the restroom!

You probably have hemroids.
Hemroids or hemorrhoids are also known as piles and it is causes due to the swelling of rectum veins. It causes bleeding though anus while passing the stool sometimes. There are mainly two types of hemorrhoids- external hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids.

hi i also suffer from an internal pile which pains mostly when i am sitting on my backside , driving. i only use anusol pessaries , you can try them see if they work. if you do go to the docs please let me know the outcome
