hello there.
i am in my early twenties and for about 8 years i have had what seems to be a pile.
i don't eat much fibre or vegetables so i think that is why i've always had it.
over the last few years though, the pile has become much more larger, making it difficult to go to the toilet.
Also, they seem to now be spreading, they have moved all around my bum hole- I was wondering whether piles can do this? Thanks.
