Gallbladder can cause upset stomache. Gerd will not cause your GB to ache. If it aches, you may have stones. If you have stones, and dont treat it, you will get pancreatitis, and blood toxicity. Serious stuff.
I had gerd for YEARS. FInally had a fundolipocation surgery. Now I feel great and have since surgery 1.5 years ago. I cant burp, drink pop. I can drink beer, thankfully, and I fart like a moose.

Sometimes gallbladder symptoms can mimic gerd symptoms and visa versa.I had pain near my gallbladder,had numerous tests come back negative.They kept thinking it was my gallbladder it wasnt .With my gerd i get gallbladder like pains,hence they put me thru hida scan test twice.wasnt it.But i do know that it has to be somehow connected to my gerd ,cause it didnt showup till i was diagnosed with gerd.Take care.
