I saw a physiatrist this week who confirmed that my gait is from my spinal stenosis and we're going to try botox injection. I've researched this before but this guy really thinks it will work.

I'm leaving on vacation so I may not check back but if anyone has had experience with spinal stenosis and this please pipe in.
