B vitamins are good in times of stress because our bodies need more of them at this time. I would also take Saint Johns Wort if you are not taking any anti-depressants. The best way to relieve stress is to work out what is stressing you out and to find a way of dealing with it better. How long has the stress been going on for, are you sleeping?

L'Theanine is good, also A B complex. Twin Labs makes a product called Stress B Complex.

I've been seeing a naturopath for my hormone issues. I had quite a bit of stress some years ago and it seems to have left it's mark in the way i sometimes deal with stressful situations.

They did put some calming herbs in the mix, but also got me to start taking Due Celloids which contains potassium phosphate - dibasic 33mg and magnesium phosphate 65mg. I disolve this on my tongue 3 times per day after a meal.

I am feeling better, but cant guarantee whether it's due to taking these tablets. I have also put a few new strategies into place on how i deal with stressful situations or situations which could potentially become stressful. I work in customer service which can lead to insanity at times i think :) so it's vital to stay one step ahead and stay out of as much stress as possible.
