:confused:I really need some kind of advice/help on this as i dont know what to do.
I cant help but to always be thinking about foods, and especially crave bad foods, like chocolate and cakes etc.

For 3years, i thought i had a wheat allergy so wasnt eating any white product foods, or potatoes, but i have recently found out i dont have this allergy so am now allowed to eat anything.

Ive put on so much weight recently, and hate myself for it, but find it hard to stop eating. I dont even feel hungry and i find myself going to the fridge anyway.

I used to go to the gym a lot, and eat really healthily, and then i kept getting different injuries and illnesses which stopped me going to the gym, and my eating went out the window. Have i got some kind of disorder? I dont know what to do about it, and i am too embarrased to talk to anyone.

I kinda in a way understand what you're going through. I am constantly eating junkk food. I can't help it cause its what I crave. I try to go without it, and I do good for a few days but when ever I go to the store. I find myself in the checkout line with cake mix and puddings and when I get home I eat it.

I have also wondered if maybe I too have a type of dissorder. I think they classify over eating as one. I am not sure though. Sorry I am not much help but I thought I would just let you know that you're not alone.

Hang in there!

Look into ThreeLac Candida Cleanse. I am in the same boat, but over the past couple of years I got into natural, holistic medicine. Usually this means that you have a bad bacteria (candida) overgrowth in your body. It makes you crave sweets, sugars, bread. It also causes weight gain, look into it and look up the other side effects associated with candida overgrowth, you may find that this is the answer.
