I usually don't have tremors unless I have used my arm (the one affected) in exerted physical activity. I.e. pulling on tools, moving heavy things etc. Then the arm lightly shakes but no "pill rolling" with the thumb-forefinger. The doc is trying to determine if it's PD or not but tremors seem to be a common symptom for most people.

What I have is lack of arm swing, small writing, it's a pain to brush my teeth with the affected arm as the arm "stalls" and gets weak. Cold seems to affect the arm before any other body part. It seems the fingers on that arm are not as coordinated as they could be so it's unnerving. Anything sound familiar? Thanks :)
