This cycle I was given Femara and injections (Follistim). I had an HCG shot on Oct 22 and an iui on Oct 24. My BBT has yet to change from the beginning of the cycle until today, which is Oct 24. Since my BBT didn't decrease before ovulation or increase after ovulation, does that mean I didn't ovulate?

I had the exact situation and was so upset. I had faithfully charted my temps for months and had a good handle on when I was O. My nurse told me not to rely on BBT during medicated cycles as they are not accurate. I did find out that I O'd through blood tests & u/s. I had to completely quit BBT because it was making me crazy. So, try not to read too much into the BBT right now since you are on medication. Good Luck & Lots of Baby Dust to you!!
