View Full Version : Chasteberry

I've heard some things about chasteberry, like how it's supposed to balance out sexual hormones, and help increase progesterone development.

I was just wondering if anyone takes this, and if you think it works, or if you've noticed a difference since taking it.

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

I was reading in this board about Vitex -- some one by the user name 0603david posted in 2003 that she took vitex and helped her concieve.

My question is this; both Vitex and False Unicorn herbs are supposed to help with irregular menstratio (which I am suffering from PCOS) -- so I wanted to try them; BUT both of these herbs are not supposed to be taken during pregnancy. What should we do then? Several other people posted replys to 0603david that they were also trying Vitex... my nurse suggests taking it only the first 15 days of the cycle then stopping. 0603david also said she took baby aspirin, anyone know what this does?

thanks for the help! AIM
