Heyy. I was just wondering if this was a healthy meal plan.....

Breakfast-
2 pieces of whole grain toast
1 tbsp of Jam
Yogurt
1 Apple

Lunch-
2 Pieces of Bread
3 slices of Turkey Breast
1 tbsp of miracle whip
Lettuce
tomatoes
cucumbers
1 cup grapes
1 Cup Soy Milk

Supper-
1 cup Brown rice
1 cup mixed veggies
1 chicken breast
Skim milk Pudding

Snack-
Slice of cheese
Apple

Any sugestions....?

Sounds like a reasonable plan. What exactly are your goals? Do you want to lose weight? Be healthier?

Just make sure you vary the veggies, get some green leafy ones, some orange or red or white ones, and maybe vary the fruits as well. With lettuce, don't choose iceberg, the others have more vitamins.

I do want to loose about 5-10 pounds(I'm 5'7" and I'm 130 pounds)....
But my main goal is to be healthier.

It looks good :) If you are 5'7" and 130, your weight is perfect!! No need to lose!

You may want to include fish in your meat category.

If by "toned" you mean stronger muscle, do resistance training (weights and/or bodyweight exercises). Do heavier weights to become stronger, as opposed to lifting 2 pound dumbbells.

I usually eat fish a couple times a week....
And I've been using 40 pound dumb bells. I'm too weak for
any heavier right now. Haha.

40 pound dumbbells should be big enough. Don't drop them on yourself.

If you are lifting serious weights, and not significantly overweight, measure your fat loss with a tape measure around your waist or a tight pair of jeans, not a scale. I'm 5'7" and when I started working out, my weight went from 133 to 140, while my pants size stayed the same. No, I'm not seriously built, the way a man would be, but I'm stronger and firmer.

I was always told that muscle weighs more than fat.

People keep saying that, but it's not true. Muscle weighs the same as fat. A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. A pound!

What people should say is that muscle is more dense than fat. A given volume of muscle will weigh more than the same volume of fat. A pound of fat makes you bigger than a pound of muscle. A pound of muscle takes up less space in your body. You will be smaller and firmer with muscle than fat, even if you weigh about the same.

Also, fat tends to accumulate in the "middle" of the body, on the belly and hips. Muscle also makes you larger, but it sits on the limbs and shoulders more. So losing fat and gaining muscle usually means smaller pants.
