I broke my leg on 8/24 and had surgery to repair ligaments on 10/01. Right after surgery I started feeling lightheaded. My doctor thought my sinus was inflamed and so I was given nasonex and Allegra-D, 2 weeks later I went back and it was not any better. He then told me to stay on them for 2 more weeks. It has gotten worse but in the meantime I have been to the emergency room because my heart was running very fast. Eventually I was diagnosed with low potassium, high cholestrol, and tachycardia. I am now taking Toprol-XL,Pravachol and 20 MEQ Potassium suplements. I have been on these meds for 4 days and the lightheadedness is still there. Anyone ever have these symptoms or know anything about this chronic lightheadedness.
