hi all...In the past fifteen years I woke up three times with the room spinning.terrible nitemare to say the least..after several doctors and great fear.... i was told i had labrynthitis....first few times the condition cleared up after a few months..well sorta...ive never felt the same since the first episode,,,.once again this sept. i got hit with it after being on a boat with air blowing in my ear...next morning i awoke to room spinning.(so so scarey!!...sick to stomach and couldnt get out of bed for a week.... im feeling better...the doctors dont seem to give me much information....ive done alot fo reading on my own...question ....has anyone had eply manuver>> and doen anyone else suffer from driving problems and ...doe anyone have neck /shoulder pain from sleeping on to many pillows?? this is so frustrating..im active in fact the director of recreation and i dont have time for this nonsense....

Yes! I have had the Epley Maneuver. In fact, I go again in a day, on Wednesday for it. Though I dread it, because it will induce the SCARY spinning, I'm sick of having bouts of smaller spins enough to go!

Why do you ask? Have you had it, or are you thinking of it? If you haven't had it, go! It only lasts a minute tops.
