Hello,
I have the following symptoms.

Slight Vertigo/Dizzyness.
Ear fullness and slight pain
Nausea
Chronic sinus inflamation
Cough
Frequent Headache

The vertigo and dizziness really have incapacitated my mind for a month but now it is just on and off. Like this morning when I got up to press the snooze button on my alarm and then fall back on my pillow. The fall which I slammed my ear against the pillow triggered vertigo and dizziness. I am now still having it, but eventually it will go away.

I am always having inflamed sinus. My family doctor thinks it is from allergy. I know I am allergic to dust mites. He thinks my heachache could be from sinus blockage. He doesn't think I have an ear infection. My blood count is normal. For some strange reason I have elevated liver enzyme.

I am using nasal spray and taking alegra like it is allergy. so far they don't help. I saw an ENT specialist, and he doesn't know what my problem is. He said my problem could be viral.

Do you think I should demand MRI or Xray or do some other lab tests? What kind of medication can I try? Anti-biotics?

Any help is appreciated.

You have all the symptoms of severe allergies, like I have. I spent the entire summer feeling just like you do, it took me that long to figure out it was allergies. Check out the allergy message boards for more info. I recognize your symptoms but have not gone to an allergist yet myself because of dealing with other problems, so this is all the info. I can give you right now, but I know how you feel. I hope you can get some help in the allergy forum. good luck
