i don't get it as soon as the season hit and snow fell i started ocding for really no reason at all!!! all i do all day is get shots of adrenaline think someone or myself is going to die or get a desease and i feel like i heard a loud noise, a jumpy like feeling and cant relax or calm down and i dont know what to do anymore!!!!

Ever hear of Seasonal Affective Disorder? You get depressed in the winter because you don't get enough sunlight. Edmonton sounds like a prime place to get SAD (heck, New Hampshire is a prime place to get it). I wonder if it could cause OCD as well.

Yeah, I can relate. My OCD seems to be worse in the winter also. I think its just a combination of depression from the cold, dark weather and boredom from not having much to do in the winter. Depression and boredom definately seem to make your OCD worse, at least in my case. I kinda get those shots of adrenaline too sometimes when I all of a sudden think of something that stirs up my OCD.
