Funny thing....I went to the ENT because I had a "squishy" noise in my ear. I first noticed when I was chewing. Then I noticed it when I would push the bottom of my ear lobe up and down. They took out a little bit of wax and said that should take care of the problem because they saw no water, no wax. A week later< I still hear the squishy noise. What else could it be?

I just hear the noise when I push my ear lobe up and down. Nothing comes out of the ear. Doctor insists that it's nothing because he can't see anything and says that my ear is perfectly clear....how is that when I can still hear the noise?

I have the same feeling...It started back in Oct/Nov of 2005. I went to see an ENT doc, they did a two test on me, found nothing. Had me come back 6 months later to do the same test. One of my test did come back slightly different. First he thought it could by Meniere's Disease, but I wasa tested for that. So after all of this he requested I get an MRI done. I got the MRI and it shows that I have a brain tumor...meningioma=( The doc said it's a benign tumor, but I want to hear it from the neurologist I'm scheduled to see in a few days. Please don't ignore your body, and be presistent...get an MRI!!!
