and multi vitamin products in supplement shops. is there a massive difference? I have been recommended to a product called catalyst by my personal trainer but i have always used the seven seas

Is it more beneficial to purchase these over the boots versions. I guess im also asking is it worth spending the extra in the multi vitamin products from supplement stores
