If you mean the fluid associated with the common cold or swimmer's ear - try various means of repositioning your head - like lay on the bed on your back and let you head hang over the edge for a few minutes several times a day - or bend down from the waist and just let your upper torso hang down or even bend as if you are going to pick up something or tie your shoe several times - changes in the position of the head can alter the pressure in the eustachion tubes or ear canal and allow the fluid to shift and then escape. Also there are certain prescription meds that can help dry up the fuid and others which unblock the nasal passages which may help reduce the lfuid buildup as well.
