have to wear a sports bra for?
I am just curious as my doctor never told me an exact amount of time to expect to have to wear one. Also did anyone experiece pain in just one side and not the other? If so how long did it last?
As I have already stated I'm just curious as I asked my doctor and he said not to worry to much about the pain since my body is still processing the "weight" of the implants. I have an appointment with him next week to recheck everything.

I had my breast augmentation about 5 years ago and I still wear a sports bra to bed and of course when I exercise just because it's more comfortable. I don't remember what the designated time frame is that you should wear one, but I'm sure the doctor's office could tell you if you give them a call. As for the pain, yes, I did have more pain in my left breast and I still have some numbness in the breast and hypersensitivity in the left nipple but nothing that I can't live with. It definitely did get better with time but I think after 5 years it will pretty much stay the same from here on out. Hope this helps a bit.
