Hi Guys,
I am 28 years old and have developed these chronic symptoms of Acid Reflux since past one year due to taking pain killers during an cold and fever attack. I had only mild esophagitis which turned into these other symptoms due to pain killers. I have been taking Nexium and other Acid Reflux Tablets but nothing seems to be having relief.
Suddenly the life has become very tough and working in the office has become very hard to concentrate.
Does anyone has these symptoms and finding the ways to combat with these irritating disease.
I am starting yoga now to get rid of this disease as I can see only that is the solution to maintian a better life. I had already reduced around 10 kgs through an exercise and diet regimen to get rid of these since past one year but still this beast is not willing to go away.
Anyways I cant loose hope. I have to combat to get rid of this

HI Sallu1! I feel for ya. I am right there with ya. And I call it the beast too. It's like trying to tame the wild beast! I am trying everything I can. I have been wrestling with it for coming up on a year.
Here is what I am trying to do
CHANGE MY DIET RADICALLY
LOSE ABOUT 25 TO 30 POUNDS
GET MORE MASSAGES
EXERCISE DAILY IF I CAN OR WALK
TAKE NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS
TRY ACCUPUNCTURE
GET BETTER REST AND SLEEP
MEDITATE AND READ THE BIBLE
WATCH LESS BAD STUFF ON TV
If these things don't work, I don't know what I will do. Got anymore suggestions?

DONT LOSE HOPE.! ;) I am taking zantac 200mg right now and waiting for the doctor to see what i am going to have to do next. I would agree just try to not stress, stress causing more acid production, and just eat better. I heard exercise is important. I cant do much, im pretty much in bed most of the time besides school, but if you can at least get out and walk every other day should help.
Good luck!
Good luck!
