I am a 30 year old female and have had this problem off and on for about 15 years, and no one has been able to give me any answers.

I have read all of the threads here, and most of it sounds very familiar. Except for one thing....

The pain only comes at night. When I finally settle down and relax, the pain can be horrific! Sometimes it is relieved by a mixed bowel movement, sometimes I just cry myself to sleep...having a BM in early morning. The only way I wake at night is to use the bathroom. But that is rare. Does anyone else experience this?

Any ideas/advice are welcome! Thanks.
