my gums are very swollen i have ulcers all round my mouth and tounge and the inner side of my cheeks i also find it hard to swollow and when i talk it somtimes feels like my mouth is being wripped open.

You need to see your physician or dentist to get a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

gargle in warm salt water ,and buy some ulcer gel to numb the pain ,if after a few days dont clear go to see dentist !!
