please can anyone tell me if they have had vertigo whatever poistion their head is in. as i have it all the time at the moment for the last couple of weeks. i get no releif from keeping my head still. in fact it seems worse.
i also have this very detatched. disorientated feeling.
can anyone help?

I am dizzy 24/7 no matter what position I'm in. I like lying down just because I know that I can't fall! But lying down is no good. You have to keep moving as much as you can so that your other side can learn to compensate. Good luck!
