Since the end of November when I started with this inner ear thing I had been fortunate enough not to get a cold up until now. I haven't yet noticed my smptoms getting worse. They say that Viral lab. usually shows up after a bad cold. I'm just wondering if I can expect another bought of bad symptoms after my cold leaves or do your symptoms get a little worse during the time of the cold. How do you deal with this when you get a cold?????
Thanks for any replys

Hi Scant, if your symptoms have not yet worsened you are prob OK and are lucky! The first cold I had after this astarting was AWFUL. The symptoms were awful and I felt I was on a v rough titanic.
The 2nd cold I had wasnt quite as bad but the dizzies were worse. I find that any infection, even a sore throat make my symptoms get worse. MY GP told me this would happen for up to a year after first getting L'itis. xxx

Thanks for your reply. I feel like my symptoms aren't as bad as some of you guys but certainly bad enough that is made me make a major decision to quit my cooking job after 28 years. My husband was happy about this as he felt I was always being taken advantage of. I am now unemployed and concentrating on making myself better. I am not a wealthy person by any means but certainly cutting back on anything I don't need. By the way for all of you sufferers have any of you ever tried Silver Coloidal. It is a hollistic treatment for many ailments and is said to have results when dealing with something viral. My acupuncturist sold me a bottle and am giving it a try.
It has to be of the purist form, usually a licensed acupuncturist can get this for you. I tried to find the brand on the internet and unless I was a practitioner of some kind they would not sell it to me.
ONe of my greatest fears are snakes and if they told me this would go away if I slept with a snake in my bed, I would do it.
all the best,

Yes, I'm usually okay when I first get up and then after about two or three hours the pressure in my ear is back.
I have ETD and the saline spray has really helped, but I'm having a bad day today.
