I just read a post about saline nasal sprays and now I cant find it....I have a real slight cold which has blocked off my bad ear and has made me really unbalanced...Question: Would such a nasal spray help unblock my ear???? Help!

The post you are looking for has the topic header 'Eustachian tube dysfunction' posted by GracieCat. I wrote directions to find the info on this on the hearing disorders board. If your ears are bunged up with fluid from a cold it could help. Make sure when you get to the correct post on hearing disorders you read both the post from Doris Day and the post from (I think) Zip2play further down the topic. He explains how u should be v. gentle when doing the procedure so u don't damage your ears.

Hi Hbep....I'm doing ok, thanks so much for asking...Hope things are going good for you...I know I havent added too much to the message board lately, but when its always the same old thing, just different day, theres really not much to add...But I do read the board daily, hoping that someone just might add the one thing that will finally help me...I guess the best advice I've seen so far is to stay positive and try to remember that recovery is gradual and that some day we will all be out of the land of the dizzies and back into the real world!!!!
