Hey friends,
I just tried saline spray a couple of minutes ago, based on one of your recommendations. So far it feels really great in those sinuses. Let's see how long it lasts! I also took a child's dose of Sudafed this afternoon (I can't handle more of it), and even though I got spacier than ever, it did stir up the bad stuff in my sinuses, so that I could get rid of some of it. This time I didn't get a panic attack. (Guess the extra Zoloft is helping.) Sudafed also gives me a little energy and masks the fatigue, although that might not be good.
I'm at 2 and a half months, and my sick leave from work runs out soon! Then I will have to use up vacation time. Still wobbly and full of sinus/ear pain. Will ask my ENT tomorrow about antibiotics, even though I am scared of them. My recent blood work was all normal.
Just got off the phone with my brother-in-law who had a bone marrow transplant a year ago for leukemia. In spite of all his problems and suffering, he is sincerely interested in hearing how I'm doing! He gives me courage.
