thank u for your replies. i do have a creaky old rocking chair, i'll give it a try....
and u r right about going out in the car. the last time i went out , was to see a neurologist..
it felt better. but at the moment im scared to go out,which is probably not the best thing to do. im going to try to go out tomorrow and see how it feels.
