Without doing anything that could hurt me whether physically or mentally? I think it can be possible since Halloween isn't for another 9 months and 27 days.

I already started eating healthy try not to do big portions on anything, drink protein shakes also mainly drink water (Although I can't break the caffeine habit so I do diet except at parties which I do try to limit to two drinks) and eat protein bars take multivitamins and fish oil.

Work out 4 times a week, never do full body exercises (Meaning I do chest, arms, back, shoulders, legs, calves etc.)

I want to wear something...Not sure how to put it but I guess sexy and the nice body will be great for a outfit

Any suggestions will be helpful

Also I dont do cardio, because I work in a warehouse constantly lifting items and always walking is a cardio work out to me lol

43 pounds by Halloween is not unreasonable, assuming you are at least 43 pounds overweight.

Drinking a lot of water and cutting down portions is good. However, instead of having a lot of protein shakes and protein bars all the time, it might make more sense to emphasize vegetables, particularly green ones.

Vegetables are bulky, but very low in calories. So you get filled up without eating as many calories, and most veggies are high in vitamins and minerals also. So you can eat a nice big salad or vegetable stir-fry (watch the dressing and oil!) with a few ounces of meat, and maybe a little bread, and leave dinner satisfied.

If you are on your feet carrying stuff all day, you probably do get plenty of exercise already, but the toning at the gym will be a definite help.

well the thing is I was using a websites calculator and it said 134 lbs, but before when I had a personal trainer she said 160...So I am not too sure. but when I did my bmi if I was to do 134 lbs I would be at normal weight right at 20.4 or even if I was at a 164 lbs I would be right on the line of being overweight my weight right now is 178 lbs. So it is really confusing to be honest. I do want muscles but also I know you gain weight with muscles, but it is a good weight

For a man with a lot of muscle, a BMI of 20.4 is probably too low. Men who are trim-waisted (little body fat) but very strong and broad-shouldered usually have a BMI around 24 or 25.

I would go with your trainer's recommendation over a website calculator's.

Instead of choosing a goal weight, perhaps you could choose a goal waistline or pants size. Shrinking the middle means you are getting healthier even if your weight doesn't go down.

Agree mostly here. You may want to try to get your waistline (measured at navel level, not trouser size, because men may have "beer bellies" hanging over their trousers) down to half your height or a bit less (athletes may be down to 42% to 46% for waistline / height ratio).

Muscular people may be "overweight" on weight or BMI charts, but may be healthy if the "excess" weight is muscle while their body fat percentage is low. However, many men have both a lot of muscle and excess fat.

Well ok I am not sure how to do that I weigh 178 lbs, I measured myself wrong I am actually 5'10. and I did it from the navel section and I am 39 (if I were to do pant size it would be a 33). So how would I do that?

5'10" = 70". Half of that is 35". If you set that as your goal, then you want to lose 4" off your current 39" waistline.

To lose that, you add exercise and eat lower calorie density foods (like vegetables, whole fruit, broth based soups, fish, lean other meat, etc. and avoid stuff like added sugars and fats, fried carbohydrates, or fatty meat and dairy). The same as anyone interested in fat loss would do, except that you are using a waistline goal instead of a weight goal.
