i have discomfort in stomach or belly like things shifting side to side could that be from tummy tuck

I have a slight pulling near the insicion line. This doesnt really bother me. What IS problematic, is that I have developed this gross pouches of fat on my inner thighs. As a matter of fact, my legs have changed their shape since the surgery. They are much flabbier, and my jeans do not fit as they used to. I was told by a friend that this has to do with redistribution of fat. Her surgeon told her not to be surprised if her body shape changes, as the body needs to find other places to store fat???? I was never told this, but in light of whats happening to my thighs, I wonder.:(
