I have really runny eyes. My eyeliner never stays in the corners. I've tried liquid eyeliners, Dior, Lancome, lots of pricey brands, but nothing seems to stay all day. As soon as I get in the wind I get racoon eyes. Any suggestions?

Hahaa ok well I don't know much about this, but I'd have to say you probably shouldn't use liquid eyeliners because once they get wet they'll run. Id recomend putting your eyeliner on the actual line of your eye this works for me so I hope it'll help a little.
