Well i am frightened,please help guys... I am 29 years old man, recently i bought some ginkgo from a herb store, i was drinking it in the morning suddenly i tasted blood in my mouth so i panic and felt hell doors wide open...bleeding didn't last but i did panic all day and i felt a headache at night...the next day of curse i didn't drink ginkgo and i throw in the garbage but i also had a bleeding issue and tasted it blood in my mouth.
is it serious? could it be a hemorrhaging in the brain :dizzy: it pass now 48 hour ? could hemorrhaging last that long ? is it fatal ? what shall i dooo? how could i be sure that isn't a hemorrhaging in my brain ? or it could be from my gum or ... ? what is my next step ?

Ginko does have blood thinning properties so, theoretically, if you take it at the same time as other medications that also cause blood thinning (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.), it could contribute to internal bleeding. However, that would not normally produce spontaneous bleeding in the mouth.
Unless you have some severe medical condition that causes spontaneous bleeding, it is unlikely that this is anything more than a coincidence and you are panicking without good reason.
Bleeding in the mouth, in an otherwise healthy person, is more likely to be due to a gum infection. In any case, it really should be checked by a doctor.
