At random times, my right eyebrow develops dry skin and flakes appear on my brow. It happens on the end closer to my nose. Sometimes if i take a close look in the mirror, you can see the dry skin under the hairs so i gently rub it to flake it off. What is this cause and how can I fix it? I sometimes apply a tiny bit of unscented lotion to it but the flakes occur at random times so I do not really know if it helps.
