since i have had all these foot surgeries just on the toes, i cant fit into regular pumps. my heel is so narrow now that i slip out of shoes that dont have a strap. i can find pumps that are comfortable in the toe area, but the back i slip out of. i never experienced anything like this before. does anyone else have this problem? help please...... pads dont work on my toe fusion foot because the toe area becomes too tight.
