Since Dec 25, my 85 year old father has had numbness in his mouth, difficulty swallowing. He could not stand up stright and he can't close his eyes all the way. He was admitted to the hospital and then released without a diagnosis. They now suspect that his cartorid arteries are collapsing and he is undergoing a test on Friday to determine why it is difficult for him to swallow, and an angiogram on Monday. He is in a small town and I am afraid the doctors are not looking carefully at his situation. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
