i have had a strange rash on my chest for over a year. i am 19 years old. it appears prodominatly on my chest but also on my shoulders and upper arms. i shower daily, and live a fairly healthy lifestyle. it is worth noting, it looks more aggravated upon leaving the shower.

they are like a lot of flat red spots, im pretty sure its not acne. it looks more like a rash

i am not totally sure how it appeared but i believe it could have something to do with taking anto biotics (tetracycline) for about 5 months. i have been to the doctors several times but to be honest, they are quite ignorant and just prescribed me some "aqueous cream" to rub into my skin when i exit the shower, i used this for 2 months and did not see any effect. i cannot find help on this anywhere on the internet.

please help me, as it is quite embarassing, i can not take my top off in public and cannot participate in activites such as swimming.
