Hi all
I am in month 5 of this dizzy mess. My brain seems to have a hard time adjusting to changes. This weekend I was brave enough to go on a camping trip. I was outside all weekend. I had a few bouts of extreme dizzies but nothing too terrible. The sensation lasted for fifteen minutes or so and went away after I got up and did something else. Today I am back at work and I am finding it more difficult to read and focus on detailed stuff. It is almost like my brain has compensated for the wide open spaces and lost some of the compensation for the detailed stuff. Anyone else feel like this? or feel better outside as opposed to in the office or house?
Take care and have a dizzy free day

Miza:
I am in the latter part of month 8 and I notice changes all the time with this head monster. Sometimes I can stay on the computer and it doesn't bother me other times after I am done doing alot of reading, I get up and am a little woozie. I also feel different being outside versus inside. It's so hard to pinpoint anything with this because the symptoms are always changing. I also notice that if I go walking or hiking, the next day I feel fine, perhaps that's because my head is basically in an upright position but whenever I do house cleaning, perhaps of different head changes, ie. bending over to pick stuff up, the next day it makes me feel more off than usuall.
I often wonder, is it the physicall exersion or the head positions.

Hope you enjoyed your camping trip. My husband and I usually try to get in one camping trip a year. I love to camp, no phones, no mail, just coyotes and bears.

Take care,
kathy
