So, I have a bad case of winter hands. My knuckles are crusty, the skin around my nails is always fringed with hangnails, and the backs of my hands feel tight. Is there an intensive cream or procedure/home remedy that would help? I have a basic Bath and Body Works lotion that I use every night, but it's just not cutting it. Any advice?
