Throughout my life i have noticed from time to time when i stand up there is a pain in my penis and in my belly button. I was reading a board and came upon a case where the belly button or a female didnt close off when it was supposed to so it was causing her pains in her urethral area. What i'm wondering is if its the same for men, or if not, what is it, and overall, should i seek medical attention?
