After tanning this past week I noticed these super small,I mean 2 of them are smaller then if you make a dot with with a pen,mark on my skin. They do not hurt, have no texture,no bumpiage and aren't there all the time and only appear from tanning. Anyone have a clue? I actually happen to have an appointment with a dermatologist this evening by chance but kinda want to be prepared.
